WEEK 1- FA Traditional Food Plan
This diet is tough to follow. I am so fatigued and hungry. I broke for a moment and ate a slice of homemade sourdough bread that was brought to school from the PTA. It will be interesting to weight in on Wednesday. I am currently 160 lbs. My goal is to get under 140 lbs.
I am also debating whether meat is a good idea for me. The traditional FA food plan can causes constipation. The fiber amount is very limited. On Wednesday, I am going to try the FA Vegan Food Plan. I will test which FA Plan creates the greatest weight loss.
My food plan today consisted of the following:
Breakfast- 8oz plain yogurt, 1oz shredded wheat, 6oz grapes
Lunch- 1 slice of sourdough bread (not on the food plan), 2oz cheese, 4oz kale, 1 pears
Dinner- 2 eggs, 2oz kale, 6oz cabbage, 1Tb dressing, 1 nectarine
I was happy that I bypassed the Crumble cookies at the work meeting today. It is hard to deny yummy foods, but the more you do it the easier it becomes.
