WEEK 1- Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous

Do you want to learn about a variety of food plans on the market? Well, I am excited to blog about my experience with different diets. My goal is to try fifty different food plans this year.  The only rules I have for myself is absolutely no white sugar and five hours of exercise a week. Today, I started my new goal of fifty food plans today on September 11th, because it is an easy day to remember.

Today, I started with Food Addicts in recovery anonymous. The program entails calling a food sponsor and committing your food plan to a sponsor daily. I also need to attend three group meetings this week and call three other food addicts daily. The program utilizes the 12-step program, but you need to get to your ideal weight before you start working the steps. The program is very time intensive and very strict. However, I do like the program because you receive a free sponsor and food plan. I also love that it includes God in the journey.
