WEEK 2- Daily Dozen

I went to healing strong meeting tonight. It was awesome! I loved learning about ancient grains. I think that I'll sprout some wheat. Then, I will dehydrate to 110 degrees and grind to a flour form. I will make sourdough bread and ferment the flour. I am so excited to try this process.

The daily dozen has been more flexible. I like to eat whenever I please. However, I feel full and bloated most of the time. I think it is all the fiber. Last time I checked Cronometer (nutritional calculator), I was 143% for fiber according to RDA. My bowels have been pretty regular. I'm not sure that I'm losing the weight when I feel bloated most of the time. So far, I give thumbs up to FA traditional food plan. It provides more stricter and larger amounts of vegetables. My food plan is posted below.

Breakfast
100g oatmeal
60g blueberries
1 Tb flax
1 banana
1 Tb almond butter

Lunch
130g turmeric noodles
50g cooked cauliflower
1Tb turmeric cashew sauce


Snacks
130g hummus
60g raw celery

Dinner
100g wild rice
130g daal lentils
60g spinach salad
60g cabbage
1 blueberry, rasberry, charcoal, apple, spinach smoothies
