WEEK 1- FA Traditional Food Plan
The food addicts day starts with a 1/2 hour meditation in the am. It is a great time to come into balance with your physical, spiritual, and emotional health. So far, I have been able to stick to my food plan. I ate 8oz yogurt, 1oz oats, and 6oz blueberries for breakfast. For lunch, I had 6oz salad, 6oz cauliflower, and 4oz chicken. At dinner, I ate 8oz salad, 6oz zucchini, and 4oz cottage cheese. I felt really weak between 4-5pm. Thus, I tried to keep busy and made this yummy recipe.
